Marc-Philip has been part of the Pro-Continuum+ team for 5 years. Thanks to his approach focused on customer needs, he has been able to build and maintain solid relationships while retaining valuable clientele. His expertise in customer relationship management has played a key role in strengthening Pro-Continuum+’s position as a leader in training for healthcare professionals.

Diligent and versatile, Marie-France brings several years of experience as an assistant and adeptly handles a range of administrative tasks.

Graduating in 2017 with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, Vanessa is a community pharmacist and the Director of Professional Services at Pro-Continuum+. With a diverse professional background, including practice in Family Medicine Groups (FMGs), she has been exposed to a wide range of clinical situations that fuel her inspiration and enrich her daily work at Pro-Continuum+. Known for her attentive listening skills and creativity, Vanessa excels in designing innovative continuing education programs tailored to the realities of clinicians. Action-oriented and highly adaptable, she effectively navigates the evolving challenges of community pharmacy. With a human-centered and approachable style, she offers concrete, personalized solutions to support pharmacists and their teams, equipping them with practical tools to excel in their practice.

A graduate of Université Laval since 2014, Mac-Pherson is a pharmacy owner who is deeply committed to the clinical development of pharmacy practice. As a lecturer, writer, and trainer, he contributes to the mission of Pro-Continuum+.

Passionate about her profession, Nathalie has been a community pharmacist for over 9 years. Earning her Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Montreal in 2014, she has also been an associate clinician since then and contributes to training the next generation. Additionally, as a content specialist in the recognition of prior learning and competencies (RAC) for the DEC in Pharmacy Techniques, and having worked on the development of tools and training for pharmacy teams within AQPP and CRSP of Montérégie, Nathalie enjoys participating in the development and enhancement of her profession. Her patient-centered approach, human contact, and teamwork energize and motivate her every day.

A pharmacist, Marie-Hélène has several years of experience in the field of continuing medical education. His work in community pharmacy allows her to adapt training programs to the clinical reality of the pharmacist.

A pharmacist by training, Geneviève has several years of experience in community pharmacy. She works and teaches mainly at the Faculty of Pharmacy at Laval University. She is also involved with Profession Santé. Her various commitments and her experience allow her to clearly target the needs of pharmacists in terms of continuing education and to bring an educational angle.

Pharmacist 3.0 with a doctorate in pharmacy, Anne-Émilie currently works in community pharmacy and is actively involved in the promotion of digiceutics to patients. His experience with the application of Loi 31 in his community environment allows her to clearly identify the new clinical issues to which today’s pharmacist is exposed.

Hospital pharmacist by training, Valérie currently works and teaches in a GMF-UMF as well as in a community pharmacy. Her experience in different pharmacy practice settings allows her to understand the clinical needs and daily challenges of pharmacists.

ATP since 2015 in community pharmacy and currently ATP-chef, Marjorie has studies in biochemistry and a certification in biotechnology from Laval University. His proactivity, his motivation and his curiosity, allow her to carry out several projects in the field of pharmacy. She has more than 15 years of experience in customer service and she likes to learn continuously in order to evolve every day.
